Gunilla de Graef
Passionate about Intercultural Communication & Diversity Management, Gunilla de Graef is a senior lecturer, researcher, and trainer at Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences. She specializes in intercultural competence, inclusive organizations, and international cooperation, helping individuals and teams navigate cultural diversity effectively.
Gunilla is also the founder of Juntar, an initiative dedicated to true inclusion. At Juntar, diversity is not the end goal but the starting point—what truly matters is how we manage diversity so it becomes the driving force of a high-performing, dynamic organization. Inclusion means more than just being present; it’s about ensuring every voice is heard and valued.
With extensive experience in fostering inclusive learning and working environments, she supports academic and professional staff in developing global skills and prepares for international mobility.
