What we'll talk about
Together with the International School of Leuven* we are hosting an art contest for kids during Expatival! The theme will be Leuven landmarks. The art will be hung up throughout the Expatival walls for everyone to see. Just before the Mayor's speech, the art will be judged and one prize for each category will be awarded to the best pieces.
There will be 3 different categories based on age groups for the art contest:
younger kids: 3-5 year olds (coloring sheets from Catchy Sights available upon request)
primary lower: 6-8 year olds
primary upper: 9-12 year olds
Interested in participating?
Bring your masterpieces to International House Leuven on Oct. 20th so that we can display them in our halls. Be sure to include the name of the artist, the age category they will participate in, and a parent contact email to announce the prizes.
Winners will be announced in the IHL event space at 14:00 and prizes will be given out accordingly. Winners must be present to accept their prize.
Only one submission per child.
Stay tuned for what fun prizes you can win. In the meantime, have fun crafting!
*Kids do not need to attend International School of Leuven to participate in the art contest. Everyone is welcome to enter!
